AEC currently has an immediate Full-Time position available for a Civil Engineer in our North Atlanta office. Our ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Civil Engineering program, with 0 -5 years design experience (FE/EIT a plus)
- Interest or experience in civil site design and hydrology - specifically storm water management
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Demonstrates proficient design skills
- Has familiarity working with local municipalities
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal, listening and written)
- Highly organized, detail oriented, self-starter
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic with interest in personal career growth
- Demonstrates excellent problem solving, multi-tasking & critical thinking abilities
- A strong collaborator in a multi-discipline team environment
- U.S. Citizen- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
This position will provide a unique opportunity to:
- Gain experience working on a wide variety of project types, scales, tasks, and locations from day to day
- Be mentored one-on-one by Senior level staff
- Obtain licensure quickly with the support of AEC
