Since establishing the firm in 1990, Charles has grown the firm from a sole proprietorship to an organization with a variety of talent and disciplines. Charles’ background in Civil and Environmental Engineering has allowed him the opportunities to oversee numerous site plans from master planning stage through design and permitting. He has acted as both project engineer and project manager for a broad range of developments that include storm drainage, site grading and drainage, roadways, water and sewer. Charles is involved in continuing education and professional associations that help him adapt his practice to the ever-increasing complexity of civil engineering project delivery. He has won numerous awards and recognitions for the firm and is also involved heavily in community and professional outreach.
In his free time, Charles enjoys cycling with his family and friends and is an avid reader.
