Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Georgia

AEC’s role for this LEED accredited project included sustainable aspects such as water reuse in a cistern, use of condensate water and reuse of construction demolition materials.  This project received a Georgia Engineering Alliance (ACEC) 2007 Engineering Excellence Award.  The building is LEED Gold Certified.

Scope of Work: Civil Engineering, including design of stormwater and condensate reclamation and storage system, Utility relocation, sediment and erosion control, as well as LEED documentation
